I Have To Reinstall All My Software If I Upgrade To Windows 7, Right?

I’m on the fence with installing the Windows 7 beta, and I’m just making sure that I’m going to be prepared if I do decide.
So I would have to reinstall all of my software, correct?
(PS: If anyone is using it, a recommendation of whether I should install it would be appreciated )

I'm on the fence with installing the beta version of Windows 7, and I'm sure what I'll be ready if I decide.
  So I would have to reinstall all the software, right?
