Hi does anyone know if you can get a free upgrade from windows vista to windows 7 as vista was obviously a poor product so shouldn’t everyone get a free upgrade to the new and “better” windows 7. Thanks alot

When new operating systems come out, like vista, they usually have a lot of bugs. How many bugs does the new Windows 7 have, and how many have been solved, just so that I know whether or not to get it.

Would I run into any bugs?
Would buying a new PC with Windows 7 be better than upgrading a PC I already have?
And if i do upgrade it, Would the new windows 7 run a lot smoother than vista?

my windows vista os is so crappy that ive had to reinstall it maybe like 20 times, so my product key for it no longer works.

i was qualified for an upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium coz i brought a new laptop with Windows Vista therefore i applied for the same online. will i recieve this operating system in a DVD or is it that i’ve to download when required?
