How To Get Windows 7?

i just bought my laptop, and when i purchased it, on the card it said that i get a free windows 7 upgrade. But how do i receive this upgrade? please ppl dont tell me not to download windows 7 or something like that.

    Units shipped with Vista & a promise of a free upgrade will have to jump a mile of hoops.
    1st, it must NOT be Vista Basic Home. That will not qualify.
    If premium Vista or above, go to units web site & look for their link to the site to order your CD.
    It’s an overseas 3rd party handling this, and you’ll have to have the serial #; make, model, date of purchase (perhaps more), so have all that stuff ready before going to the order site.
    Follow the prompts, and in theory, they will mail the disk to you.
